After three weeks in the saddle, Tour de France cyclists lost pounds faster than melting ice cream in the Sahara Desert. Spanish Katusha racer Joaquin Rodriquez, who finished second in Stage 20 to Annecy-Semnoz, weighs as much as me: 125 pounds. At least that’s what he weighed when he started the Tour. Pictured to his right is the feather-weight debutante Nairo Quintana (Movistar), who is so light, his kilos do not register on the official Tour roster. The bio of Chris Froome (Sky) says he weighs 158 pounds, but he looks a lot leaner. Lesson: Keep away from the cookie jar!
